Do you have a special skill that you would like to share? Do you want to do something that is satisfying and gives back to the PA/LTC community?

The Foundation’s Development Committee is looking for volunteers to work on different fundraising campaigns – all in support of raising funds sufficient to provide financial resources for the programs and services that AMDA and its affiliates have identified as critical.

The following campaigns are looking for volunteers:

Annual Appeal Campaign
The success of the Annual Campaign provides a basis for operating the Foundation and funding its programs. Foundation activities at AMDA’s annual conference, Fall Appeal and Wall of Caring are examples of activities for this campaign. We are seeking for chairperson.

Planned Giving Campaign
Contributions made by bequest or planned giving arrangements are especially important in helping to create an exciting and long-term future for the Foundation and its unique mission. This campaign is co-chaired by Drs. Ken Brubaker and Keith Rapp.

Corporate Giving Campaign
Identify prospective corporate contributors whose products or services are related to post-acute care or long-term care. A second key is planning to optimize the outreach to them to achieve maximum financial support. Drs. David Smith and James Lett are Co-Chairs.

State Chapters Campaign
Help is needed to work with Chapters to support endeavors, such as Futures Program, research programs, awards and education. Dr. Mary Evans chairs this committee.

Major Gifts Campaign
Individuals are needed to help identify prospective donors.

Grants Campaign
The campaign is focused on grants secured to finance special projects or for restricted purposes. Such grants may be made by individuals, corporations, foundations, other nonprofit associations, or government agencies.
